About me

My journey into nutrition began around the year 2000, during my time as a master’s student in Aerospace Engineering at the University of Sheffield. On the surface, life seemed fine, but beneath it all, I was struggling. My energy was constantly depleted, and I was battling a lingering sense of depression. Like many students, I was living on poor food choices, burning the candle at both ends, and relying on willpower to push through the stress.

But even after university, the exhaustion and low mood didn’t go away. I knew something had to change. I started searching for answers and stumbled upon a revelation that changed my life: the profound connection between what we eat and how we feel. It was a turning point that set me on a path of discovery.

For years, I experimented relentlessly—trying different diets, testing supplements, and reading everything I could about health and nutrition. I often felt like I was going in circles, but I couldn’t stop. Deep down, I knew I was chasing something bigger: not just a solution to my own challenges, but the deeper truths about how the body truly thrives.

By 2019, it was clear to me—nutrition wasn’t just a personal passion anymore; it was my calling. I enrolled at the College of Naturopathic Medicine to formally train as a nutritional therapist, and the experience was transformative. I immersed myself in the science and art of nutrition, uncovering the incredible ways the body responds when given what it truly needs. It wasn’t just about survival—it was about learning to thrive.

Today, my mission is clear: to share what I’ve learned and help others reclaim their health. I believe every person deserves to live a full, vibrant, and joyful life, and I’m here to guide them on that journey. For me, this isn’t just a career—it’s a purpose, rooted in my own struggles and the incredible power of healing through nutrition.
